If after receiving your purchase you feel that the workmanship is not as advertised please return it in accordance with Our Return Policy for a full refund of the purchase price. Due to the fact that all our products are made of wood it is possible or even likely that the pet casket you receive may differ slightly from those pictured on this website. No two pieces of wood are exactly the same. We do our best to insure customer satisfaction on every pet casket we build but we cannot be held responsible for these slight differences.
